Champions for Youth Summit 2024

From September 30 to October 2, 2024, the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) and Prevention Connections (PC) hosted their second Champions for Youth Summit!

The Summit convened nearly 500 prevention professionals who were committed to exploring best practices to impact youth and young adults on topics such as tobacco and nicotine use, substance use, and factors that impact childhood obesity.

Prevention Connections was proud to sponsor the official Summit Networking Social, where attendees learned more about the soon-to-be released 2025 Action Plan for a Healthy Virginia and where the eight winners of the Champions in Action Award were announced and celebrated.
